Matthew Olsgard
Born in Hazlet, Saskatchewan in 1982 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Arts in Education. Moved to Saskatoon in 2000 to further his education at the University of Saskatchewan. Received two degrees in a total of five years and became a Teacher. Spent one year teaching in Melfort and the next year in Fort Chipewyan, Alberta which is a fly in reserve 3 hours north of Fort McMurray. Taught grades k-12 physical education and health and it was a great life experience. Unfortunately the physical education program was discontinued, so he returned home to take the real estate courses while helping on our family farm. Entered the Real Estate industry in 2008 and have never looked back since!

Tyler Frederick
Born in Regina, Saskatchewan in 1982 and hold a Masters of Science degree in Sport Administration. Thesis was focused on the impact of the 2005 Canada Games on the U of R which looks extensively at the socio-cultural, psychological, political, tourism, and infrastructure impacts of the event. Chose to move into the Real Estate industry 5 years ago after holding the position of Group Account Executive with the Edmonton Oilers Hockey Club. Ultimately Saskatchewan is home and Tyler always had a passion for the Real Estate industry. Previous volunteer experience includes, 2012 Brier, 2010 World Junior Hockey Championships, Saskatoon Blades as a video goal judge technician (three years) and the 2010 Easter Seals Drop Zone.
